Under current guidelines, the full property value of AED 2.5 million qualifies you for the 10-year Golden Visa. You apply through ICP (Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship), submit your Title Deed and passport, and receive your visa within weeks — granting you a decade of UAE residency for you and your family.
