WHY UAE-PROP
Why we exist — and what we refuse to do.
We're an independent buyer-side agency in the UAE. The pattern we kept seeing in this market: buyers paying too much, getting brochured at, ending up with units they couldn't sell. The reason was structural — almost every Dubai "agency" is actually a sales arm of a developer, paid to sell whatever's in inventory this month, not to find what fits the buyer.
UAE-Prop is the opposite. We refuse 30-40% of brief requests because they don't fit. That's not bad service — that's what putting the buyer first actually means.
