Who buys here

Of my Sobha Hartland deals this year, the buyer is usually someone who specifically tracked Sobha product across multiple zones and landed here on value.

What the units look like

The honest caveats

Some of the community is still under construction โ€” what sells off-plan in 2026 delivers in 2028 or later. Sobha handover timelines have been reliable but not immune to slippage. Service charges on premium product run at the upper end. Resale liquidity on apartment stock is active; villa resale is thinner. And parts of the “lagoon-facing” marketing apply to specific stacks, not the whole community.
