The honest caveats

Azizi-dominant stock has had variable handover and finishing histories โ€” specific projects have been challenging for buyers. Service charges vary by tower. Retail and dining density is thin and reliant on Healthcare City and nearby zones. Traffic access via Sheikh Rashid Road and the creek crossings can be slow in peak. And the resale narrative is less premium than Creek Harbour, which affects marketing-day-one listing prices.
