DHG Properties is the UAE real estate arm of DHG Holding, a Swiss group with roots going back to 1994. The properties division was established specifically to enter the UAE market, and launched its first Dubai project — Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle — within a few years of its formation.
We track three DHG Properties projects in Dubai, all under the Helvetia brand. Helvetia in Jumeirah Village Circle is the original project, targeting a 2026 handover. Helvetia Verde in Bukadra and Helvetia Marine on Dubai Islands both target 2028.
DHG Properties has expanded within Dubai across three districts since entering the UAE market. JVC is an established mid-market community; Bukadra is an emerging area in inner Dubai; Dubai Islands is a longer-term infrastructure development. The group also operates projects in Switzerland and Serbia according to its own disclosures.
As a relatively new UAE entrant, buyers should pay particular attention to RERA registration, escrow account verification, and construction progress for all three projects before making a purchase decision. Understanding the parent group's Swiss backing is useful context, but UAE projects are governed by UAE regulations independently.
