As with all branded residences, buyers should carefully assess what the brand partnership entails in practical terms: whether it includes interior specification, management services or simply the name, and how the premium compares with non-branded equivalents in the same community.
With the developer's first properties launched in 2023, the delivery track record is limited. Buyers should verify DLD Oqood registration and escrow account status for all projects, and note that Mira states a 1-year finish warranty across its portfolio.
