About

Who Pantheon is, in 30 seconds.

Pantheon is a developer with its base in Dubai that traces its real estate operations to 2016, when its architectural division Pantheon Development was commissioned as part of the broader Pantheon Group. The group has a multi-sector background that includes operations in petrochemicals, mining, and commodity distribution, with real estate representing its development vertical.

The residential portfolio covers both Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. In Dubai, Maison Elysee 1 and Maison Elysee 3 are in Jumeirah Village Circle targeting 2027, Voxa is in Jumeirah Village Triangle with a 2028 target, and Omya Residences is at Wasl Gate for 2028. In Ras Al Khaimah, One Central in Rak Central targets a 2027 handover. The six-project portfolio spans four communities and two emirates.

The dual-emirate footprint positions Pantheon across the mid-market JVC/JVT segment in Dubai and the growing Ras Al Khaimah residential market. The Rak Central project in particular aligns with increased demand in RAK stemming from wider economic activity in the emirate.

The real estate development division was launched in 2016, giving it roughly a decade of project delivery history. Buyers should verify the track record for Pantheon Development's completed handovers specifically, since the parent group's longevity across other sectors does not automatically transfer to the development arm's execution reliability.
