Arada Properties is a real estate developer founded 2017 in Dubai. Its founders include Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi and Prince Khalid bin Alwaleed bin Talal Alsaud. The name derives from the Arabic word for 'to plan'. Arada has grown into one of the more active developers in the UAE market, with a significant portfolio spanning both Dubai and Sharjah.
