About

Who LIV Developers is, in 30 seconds.

LIV Developers is an international boutique luxury developer that entered the Dubai market in the early 2000s, having previously completed projects in New York and Los Angeles. The company focuses on premium waterfront and marina-adjacent residential developments, partnering with architectural firms and contractors it describes as among the best in their respective fields.

Five LIV projects are tracked across four Dubai communities. LIV Marina in Jumeirah Beach Residence and LIV LUX also in JBR are the two nearest to delivery — LIV Marina targeted 2025 and LIV LUX targets 2026. LIV Waterside in Dubai Marina targets 2026. Moving further out, LIV Oceanside on Dubai Islands targets 2027, and LIV Maritime in Dubai Maritime City is scheduled for 2028.

LIV's consistent waterfront positioning — JBR, Dubai Marina, Dubai Islands and Dubai Maritime City — reflects a deliberate brand promise around coastal and marina living. The 2025-targeted LIV Marina provides a concrete recent delivery reference point for buyers assessing track record.

Buyers should note that LIV's boutique positioning typically corresponds with higher price points and a more limited secondary market depth than large-volume developers. Our team recommends verifying DLD Oqood registration and escrow status, and reviewing the delivery record of LIV Marina as the most relevant completed reference.
