In 2023, the developer announced the start of construction of the UAE's pilot premium Iconic Tower complex in Dubai Internet City, next to Sheikh Zayed Road. Specialists from the Italian company Pininfarina worked on the design of the project. By 2024, the company's portfolio includes 36 projects in Eastern Europe and the United States.

Mered's main idea is to create homes of unrivaled quality and unique design for multi-generational living. The international team of designers, architects, engineers strives to create innovative and high-class objects that only grow in value over time and become an integral part of people's lives.
