Golden Mile is a residential and commercial property complex of ten towers by renowned developer Nakheel Properties. It is located on the seafront of Palm Jumeirah. Each building consists of three basement and one ground levels, one mechanical floor as well as six residential and one penthouse floors with a roof. The road to the centre will take 14 minutes. Al Maktoum Airport is a 35-minute drive away. Al Ittihad Park is nearby. The complex benefits from having its own shopping centre on site. It has 70 shops, cafes, restaurants, sports and medical centres.

Nakheel Properties is the developer behind some of the most structurally significant land reclamation projects in Dubai's history. The company, which has been operating since 2000, created Palm Jumeirah -- the artificial island that became one of the most recognised residential addresses in the UAE -- as well as the broader Dubai Islands archipelago and Palm Jebel Ali. These are not standard developments: Nakheel effectively invented the geography on which they sit. The company is now a subsidiary of Dubai Holding following a government restructuring, and continues to develop within these landmark locations.
